Description

A new interpretation of white wines: Pinot Grigio with Appaxximento, unique white wine blend made with fresh and semi-dried grapes. Finely judged blend of the two native grape varieties; technique employed in vinification. Overripened Verduzzo (unusual technique for an elegant white wine) on racks ferments in barriques and balances the fresh acidity of Pinot Grigio. Selected grapes cultivated at StrA  del Milione (Udine). Flexible wine-food pairing.
