Description

A new interpretation of white wines: Pinot Grigio with Appaxximento, unique white wine blend made with fresh and semi-dried grapes. Finely judged blend of the two native grape varieties; technique employed in vinification. Overripened Verduzzo on racks ferments in barriques and balances the fresh acidity of Pinot Grigio. Selected grapes cultivated at StrA  del Milione (Udine). It is the A€œwhite versionA€ of Campofiorin.
