The grapes used in producing this wine come exclusively from vineyards located in the heart of Barolo, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo d’Alba. The sweetness is due largely to the moderate acidity and tannins extracted from small-to-medium toast French oak barrels; a Marchesi di Barolo best seller, where the freshness and acidity of the Barbera grapes meets the power and personality of the soil of Alba.
