This extremely unique Blanc de Blancs Vintage is essentially produced in the heart of the CA´te des Blancs, in the kingdom of two exceptional Grands Crus: Cramant and Avize. It is indeed true that the Chardonnay from these vineyards has an incredible subtlety. 100% Chardonnay, the Blanc de Blancs Vintage cuvA©e is generally matured on lees for five years and left for a minimum of 6 months after dA©gorgement (disgorging) to attain perfect maturity.
