Description

Gammel Dansk first saw the light of day in 1964. The principal ingredient is rowanberries, but all in all the product contains 29 different herbs, flowers and spices including star aniseed, nutmeg, cinnamon, gentian root, ginger and bitter orange. The herbs are added by spice distillation and maceration (extraction). The product is stored in a tank for three months before bottling.
