Description
As with all Dreissigacker wines, the Chardonnay & WeiAburgunder was also processed carefully. After the selective harvest, without the addition of treatment agents and only promoted by gravity, the grapes were spontaneously fermented. The CuvA©e of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc was aged 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 500 liter tonneau wooden barrels and then stored on the full yeast for four month
