The manufacturing process is 74% manual, thus Borgo deA MediciAs is one of the few pastas on the market that has earned itself the Ahand-crafted productA label. No colourants are used to give the pasta its shiny and attractive appearance, instead coloured by naturally dehydrated vegetables.
