Description

This is a Chianti Classico made from Sangiovese grapes with a small addition of Merlot and Syrah, grown on the PA¨ppoli estate. It is designed to be drunk while the fruit is at its most expressive. It is aged in 55hl Slavonian oak barrels (10% in American oak barriques) for a maximum of 9 months, followed by a further maturing period in the bottles.
