As is the age-old tradition of crafting single pot still Irish whiskey in Midleton, This whiskey has been distilled in large copperpot stills from a mash of both malted and unmalted Irish barley.In creating this edition of Midleton Very Rare Single Cask Irish Whiskey, A First Fill American Bourbon Barrel was hand selected by Master Distiller Kevin OAGorman. The whiskey was filtered to remove wood char prior to being bottled at cask strength and no method of chill filtration was used.This whiskeywas distilled and matured by the Midleton distillery.
