Pale amber yellow colour, with golden highlights. Intense nose, including citrus, floral notes (sweet flowers) and ripe juicy fruits (vine peach). On contact with air, more caramel notes appear (baked apple, roasted almond), as well as some woody hints. Dense and winey in the mouth, with the very mature sweet bite that is natural to Pinots Noirs, expressing its unique, full-bodied, smooth personality. This champagne is ideal for drinking as an aperitif and also goes well with white meats.
