Eberbach has been a promise of quality since 1136. In 1864, it was first recognized in the Rheingau that the region’s high-quality Rieslings were particularly well suited for sparkling wine production. The sparkling wines of Eberbach are in this tradition. Our master winemaker carefully selects the best vineyards to produce exquisite wines from the grapes.
