Founded in 1846, Champagne Devaux is now considered as a benchmark among the Champagne of the region of the CA´te des Bar (Southern part of the Champagne appellation).The Champagne of the Collection D (CuvA©e D, Ultra D and D RosA©) are emblematic of the oenological know-how of our winemarker – Michel Parisot – in the selection of parcels, precise blending and extended ageing time with a minimum maturation of 5 years. Michel Parisot was nominated “Best Sparkling winemaker of the Year 2020” by the jury of the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Finesse of the intensely fruity palate with delicate notes of red fruits and apricots. Long finale with beautiful tonicity. To be served at 8A°C to 10A°C. Pais nicely with spicy lobster, strawberries and raspberry sorbet
