Craigellachie 23YO Small Batch was distilled in 1995 and although Craigellachie is typically aged in a mixture of ex- bourbon and sherry casks, this exceptional dram was matured in 100% Oloroso Sherry casks. This unique bottling of 23-year-old Craigellachie solely uses only the finest Oloroso Sherry casks, to age the new limited small batch expression, imparting a subtle richness to this famously robust whisky. Notes of cinnamon, rich dried fruits, creamy vanilla and the signature notes of pineapple chunks in syrup emerge, invigorated with a zing of menthol freshness
