Instructions for use
Bottle of champagne is under pressure, manipulate careful and direct away from people when opening.
A strong golden yellow colour with amber highlights. Cord of fine and dynamic bubbles. First nose of freshness mixing mineral (gun stone, flint) and floral (hawthorn). Opening to aeration on aromas of candied citrus (orange, lemon). Ample and fruity attack on pink grapefruit and then on lime giving a long and tonic finish.
