Instructions for use
Bottle of champagne is under pressure, manipulate careful and direct away from people when opening.
Golden hue with green highlights. A form of fine bubbles giving rise to a creamy foam. First airy nose revealing a rich aromatic bouquet of white flowers, candied fruit (kumquat and mango) and fresh pastry (buttery cookies). The opening offers deep notes of almond and toasted hazelnuts. Like the nose, the attack is voluminous, punctuated by iodine notes. The palate opens with warm notes of William pear, the finish is tonic, offering pretty and zesty citrus fruits (orange, pomelo)
