The Brimoncourt House is located in AA¿, historic heart of the Champagne vineyard. Its edifice & gardens are soon to become two-century-old, and this AA¿ anchorage binds the House to the promise of a meticulous care in each step of the elaboration of its wines. The House saw its rebirth in 2008 under the aegis of Alexandre Cornot, current owner. His quest for excellence relies on the access to the best Crus of Champagne. The House style is characterized by freshness, elegance, and great generosity.

Its blend is made of 35% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for structure and colour, and 25% of Pinot Meunier for fruity aromas. Its delicate porcelain pink robe and its rose, raspberry and bergamot aromas add up to a voluptous and seductive wine that will impress all tasters. Perfect as an apA©ritif, this wine harmonizes marvellously with cheese like Chaource, Brie and Salers. Brut RosA© is also delectable served with a wild strawberry feuillantine pastry or a raspberry macaron.
