The Brimoncourt House is located in AA¿, historic heart of the Champagne vineyard. Its edifice & gardens are soon to become two-century-old, and this AA¿ anchorage binds the House to the promise of a meticulous care in each step of the elaboration of its wines. The House saw its rebirth in 2008 under the aegis of Alexandre Cornot, current owner. His quest for excellence relies on the access to the best Crus of Champagne. The House style is characterized by freshness, elegance, and great generosity.

It is also ideal with shellfish and iodine flavours. It will complement Japanese and Korean cuisine, particularly well just as it will enhance spicy undertones.
