Radiant yellow colour with characteristic green glints. The first nose is particularly appetising: candied fruit, vanilla and almond set the tone against “smoky” background notes. Then the expressions extends to sponge cake, fresh cream and ginger, extremely fresh. the full bodied characterer of this Champagne blends remarkably well with the delicacy of the bubbles. The finish is gracefuk combining elegance and sapidity.
